We offer various specialized groups and workshops. Each group or workshop varies in length depending on the focus. Each group is highly specialized, allowing clients a deep dive into the topic the group is focused on through a combination of psychoeducation and experiential activities.
Cost differs depending on the group. Due to the level of individualized preparation put into each group, intensive groups require payment in full to reserve your spot in the group. 50% of the fee is refundable through the method used to pay the fee if NorthStar is given at least 30 days notice prior to the first day of the group.

Please note – to attend one of our virtual groups, you must be working with a therapist or counselor individually and must sign a Release of Information Form so we can communicate with them about the group so you have emotional support.
