I approach therapy from a systemic perspective, which means that I see the intricate connections between personal relationships, behavioral patterns, and life choices. Whether I'm working with individuals, couples, or families, I strive to understand how these elements intersect with the challenges we encounter. In my practice, I draw from effective therapeutic approaches such as the Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. However, regardless of the therapeutic method we use, I firmly believe in your inherent resources and resilience. Together, we can address a wide range of issues, including but not limited to infidelity, betrayal trauma, navigating complex relationship dynamics, cultivating self-compassion, managing anxiety and depression, coping with life transitions, and much more. I invite you to take the first step towards positive change by reaching out to start our collaborative journey.
